CANCELLATIONS: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel/reschedule. Less than 48 hours' notice will result in a 50% service fee. Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. LATE POLICY: A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 10 minutes, a $25 late fee will be added. At 15 minutes late, your appointment is subject to cancellation and will be treated as such. ARRIVAL: Please text me when you arrive so I can let you into the building. You will not be able to access the building without contacting me first. GUESTS: No extra guest are allowed unless they are also being serviced. LASH CLIENTS: Please arrive with clean lashes, any makeup on your lashes will result in an additional $15 charge. At least 40% of extensions must be remaining to qualify for a refill; otherwise, a full set pricing will be applied.
