CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than a 48 hour notice will be subjected to a 50% service fee. No show appointments will be charged 100% service. Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Clients with no-call/no-show will be required to pay in full before booking future appointments. All deposits and promotional payments are non-refundable. LATE POLICY: A $25 late fee will be added after 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and considered a same-day cancellation.
